Like I said in the beginning. The bible never claims to be inerrant, even so I never found a mistake. That said what the bible does say is that by these words are we held accountable. So no matter if the bible is in error or not it is to this standard we will be judged. if it is wy off. it is on god to either forgive or change it as he did with the dead sea scroll years back.

You can believe you want; the point of my OP is that Christian fundamentalism is in decline. You can say that Gallup does not know what they are doing, but the fact is that they have been polling long before either of us were born.

Because the Bible doesn't give his birth date. It's not a knock on inerrancy to note what the Bible doesn't say.

Luke contradicts himself. Jesus could not have been born in 6 CE (the year that the census began) and yet also have been born 10 years earlier in 4 BCE, when Herod had died.

You can't have it both ways. Ergo, Biblical inerrancy has been falsified.

Religious faith can be healthy or unhealthy. Religion faith  isn't a mental illness. (However, mental illness, on occasion, manifests itself as religious faith.)

There is a difference between being mentally ill and being just plain wrong.
