I used to have that problem as well but i lost my voice at some point because of yelling and such

When I was travelling through Vietnam I had hair down to me arse.
From behind I was constantly being called Madam.
So when I travelled through Malaysia and Indonesia a few years later I grew a giant beard.
It worked. I went from being madam to the wild man of Borneo.
Even the descendants of head hunters were quick stepping out of my way. :-)

We are te same, you and i. People on The phone always think i'm a woman too. Sometimes even after i correct them. It's become a running gag amongst my coworkers.
