I love books too, but recently I neglected them because of work ...
And now I read a book that I got for Christmas. The color of magic, Terry Pratchett ☺
I will write a review when I'm done 😛

Here's to hoping you'll get hooked on the series. I know I did.
Going down the list one by one. Only a few more to go Sad

Along those lines, Shel.

Quote:Trump Organization gave Russia-related documents to Mueller, Capitol Hill

Quote:The Trump Organization has provided documents on a range of events, conversations and meetings from President Donald Trump's real estate business to investigators probing Russian election meddling, according to three people familiar with the matter.

The bulk of the information is focused on the period between June 2015, when Trump announced his candidacy, and his January 2017 inauguration.

And, for the record, I said a long time ago that the money-laundering with the Russian mob was at the bottom of it.  I'm sure that's why the FBI was monitoring Russian communications when the WLB fell into their laps.

He has a long history of mob ties.

The fallout has already begun. I can only imagine once it’s in everyone’s hands. Fingers crossed that it will matter.

Me too. It allows me to keep them in different spots where I like to read. The kindle comes with me everywhere. Actual books stay in the nightstand and coffee table.
Once I read "The Brothers Karamazov" entirely in the john. Kept it on the bathroom magazine rack. Took me most of a spring and summer.

For the last few months I've been reading that series randomly, our of order (I started when I played a completely brilliant Men At Arms themed mafia game Smile). I just read Going Postal and it was terrific, my favorite yet by far.

I'm currently reading Gravity Falls Journal 3. It's a tie-in book for the series with all the pages from the journals shown in the series plus a lot more (including some intriguing monster designs). Then, there's The Good Book, the story of a Jewish man who decides to read the whole Bible (well, just the OT, since he's Jewish) and explain the strange things he found, sparked by his discovery of the tale of Dinah. After that, well, I'll be going to Half-Price Books and buying some new books so my queue will likely be shaken up a bit.

I forgot to mention that Tibs has been reading the Red Dwarf books to me at night before bed. It’s how we read the same book at the same time. I’m trying to convince him that we should do audiobooks while we play video games.

Audiobooks while you play videogames . . . Ok.  Confirmation.  You're about 10x smarter than I am.     Worship

I do them, too. My library has a fairly good collection of audiobooks. Admittedly, it's more that I do them while making lunch or eating dinner than while playing videogames in my case.
