Don't get me wrong, I'm sure we're not alone in the Universe and there's plenty of evidence to be found. I'm just equally sure this isn't it.

I would say that God is already a known concept; so replacing his name with "aliens" don't quite solve anything.
In other words; ancient Greek mythology differs a little from your "average Hollywood alien". What's the difference between mount Olympus & the Mothership; really? It looks like each civilization on the face of earth concluded a certain "form" of aliens: for the Greeks it was Zeus and his gang; to ancient Egyptians it is Ra and his family,...etc. So, the sentence both theories have in common, is that we are "created"; "made".. I'm certain we were created by aliens. The fact that they haven't contacted us means nothing more than that we're not quite ripe yet.
