Yeah, the developer toolbox is a bit of an irritation.

I'm just looking on the bright side... those developer tools could come in handy some time and I doubt I would've found them without that Wink

The big problem comes with nested quotes.  The formatting software makes hash of them.  Fix it using capital Quotes  and /Quotes to surround the internal quotes and /quote(s):

Quote:"....."
Quote:   "....."

Quote: "...."

The quote function works just fine for me.

What do you mean by non existent lines?

If you see
Code:
[hr]
that’s where a line will appear. Otherwise just write your part after the
Code:
[/quote]
and it should work fine. What’s a pain in the butt is editing a post after 3 people replied to a broken quote and you can’t figure out where the error is. Tongue

I can't understand anything you people are talking about. :-)
So I think I'll just stick to using the quote button and posting twice if I want to quote twice.
If it's not as easy as writing something on a piece of paper then it's not really progress as far as I'm concerned.

Well yyyes but that's akin to using an atom bombs to kill flies, but anyway I'll persivere persavere persziveer

I'll stick with it.

Nuke the site from orbit, lad. It's the only way to be sure.
