Or to be more accurate, be allowed vote. One of the big reasons why Shrub "won" in 2004 was that latinos and natives in Arizona and (then democrat) New Mexico were turned away from polling booths in droves, illegally.

Why bother turning up when you're going to be told that you're too brown to be allowed vote?
