Gunman is now dead. Two others injured. Glad it's over, but it's frustrating that these people die before they can go before a judge.

Does sound like in this instance, it could have been much worse. Thankfully, it was able to be stopped quickly.

If they got the death penalty I'd likely be dead by the time they went through the appeals process.
