Thanks for that. I wad diagnosed with it this time last year. It came out of the blue for me and within the space of a week I went from thinking that I was perfectly healthy to not being able to sign my name or use a knife and fork at the same time. Turns out that I had had some attacks previously but didn't realise because they were in silent areas of the brain. I will be very interested to see what my next brain scan reveals a year later.

I'm not on any medication for MS and am trying to control it by changing my diet and lifestyle. But it's good to know that this is showing itself to be quite useful. It amazes me though that people don't actually help themselves and just want to be cured without putting any work in. I stay away from all meat, dairy and cooked oils, avoid pro-inflammatory foods, make sure to regularly meditate, de-stress, eat healthily and get lots of sunshine. It makes me wonder how many people who get cured of their MS by rebooting their immune system will get it again as they revert back to their old lifestyles.

Are you talking about the stem cell thing, or something else?

My sister has MS. In remission right now though.

Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Stem Cells.  I saw Mel Gibson go on Joe Rogan's podcast with the Doctor who's doing the work down in Panama.  And the results and explanations are borderline magic.  It makes sense, but it's pretty mind boggling.  This is a snippit of the interview.  There's 50 more minutes with more of the Doc explaining what exactly is happening.

The gist, is your body makes these cells that go around and trigger healing/repair, and you just produce less and less as you age.  So they pump you full of a bunch of brand new ones, and they just go to town fixing shit.

If we weren't going to be facing some extinction events in the future, it'd be curious to see how long people are going to start living, because rich folks are going to be pumping these into their bodies on the regular and it sounds like we'll be looking at some serious longevity.

They can only give you stem cells that you already have. They extract it from one part of your body (like bone marrow) and inject it where it needs to be. My basic understanding is that cells spawn new differentiated cells over time which are more specialised than them. Stem cells can grow any other more specialised cell. But once you lose all your stem cells you don't have too much longer left to live.

On the other hand, if your body is attacking itself and not ever properly healing again, your quality of life starts to degrade much faster anyway so it's always a compromise.

Thank you wally. I will send this to my sister.

This is probably a better link to show what's happening rather than Joe Rogan podcast.

Good for you. How are the sx effecting your quality of life? Had to make any significant changes?

Keep it to yourself if needed.
