smh - of the three dogs, Zig is the one that usually avoids the mud outside. We have to leave for the vet in an hour and he just got done tap dancing in that sticky black clay and then paw painting the kitchen floor. Currently he is sulking as his breakfast has been withheld. This is gonna be fun.

So, Zig is good. I know there is something in him besides Cavalier as he is quite big for the breed; but whatever it is has helped keep him heart-healthy which is a plus.
Got his ears cleaned out and some meds put in as he, like many spaniels, is prone to itchy ears and infections. Teeth good. Shots done. Meds on hand for stiff and sore days.
He was ready to get out of there and dragged me to the exit doorway, planted his feet and would not come back so I could get the paperwork. He could see the car and he was done with the shenanigans in that office. One of the women at the desk had to bring the paperwork to me...he's a sweet boy but can be quite stubborn.
So, all the annuals are done for the year.
