I adopted Blue five years ago this week from a local shelter.  Here are some pictures to show how much he changed from the kitten I brought home to the big old ornery cat he is today.

I love the vampire fangs.  

I am sorry you no longer his vampireness.

It's funny seeing your mom vacuum the cat...mine doesn't like to be touched or petted much but he loves to be brushed and will roll from side to side to give access.  Touching him with a brush is okay...touching him with your hand tends to result if teeth and claws being engaged...unless his ears need rubbing.  Cats are silly.

Yeah, Linder was a tub of love.

I just realized that I've had more cats with tail weirdness than without
  • Kitty <-- Was a bob-tail
  • JC <-- Normal tail
  • Linder <-- Amputated tail
  • Rudy <-- Lost the last 4" of his tail in a freak accident
  • Riley <-- Normal tail

Man your mom is a good one. All mine did after I moved out was to write and send (my) checks to pay my bills and wash and fold my laundry. Not once did she ask if my dog Bunny might need vacuuming. Dodgy

So looks like the Banners has retired.  (From what I'm not sure.)  Heidi is also cutting way back.  No more climbing trees for sure.
