What do you know, comets are invented.

No and don't be ridiculous. There are comets that are said to orbit the sun only once every million years yet they can't be tracked nor have they been observed, got it.

He did not say that gays or others were punished because of another's sin, he said those who participated in sexual acts outside of marriage who become HIV positive have reaped what they have sown. You sure are not very understanding of what others say.

They disobeyed God, God cursed the creation and allowed Satan to work in the lives of man, thus disease and other nasty things were allowed to exist and we sometimes run head on into them, meaning thing happen and other times God uses them in the lives of people for a purpose.

FM Wrote:Really? What is a purpose of a child dying of leukemia? Or one thousand children under the age of 5 that die every hour every day in excruciating pain?

Since you do not believe in God this want make sense to you but I doubt much makes sense to you, judging by your posts. Did I not say that people run head on into diseases and that I meant this was something that just happens. God will be in those situations to give help to those who suffer through these things and God could be using unfortunate situations such as these to show people He is real and there to help in His omniscient and caring way.
For you evolution is the culprit for these sicknesses, what you going to do about the evil of a thing like evolution, you can't kill it or talk it away, if you did then God is all that is left and i'm betting you're not willing to go that route.

Yes you do, you believe in billions of years of existence for this planet.

 Many places and people.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Yes and we have evidence in the rocks whereas you are a superstitious old fuck with an idiotic book of fairy tales.

Do try to remember that no one saw your god pulling his magic tricks, either.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Although I don't agree with 6000 years, his argument, is essentially right towards people who believe in God, that God would first create a perfect world, and only if creation begin to screw things up, would the world fall out of place.

Well, there is much evidence that the less competent an individual is, the less they are able do understand their incompetence. You know people like this; imaginary "all-powerful" beings are not exempt, as both types of beings were ideated by the human race. The difference is that "ideated" = "real" for people, and I think by extension that can be used for an alleged supreme being.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Not much of a surprise He got it wrong, His One True Faith has already mutated into tens of thousands of warring, incompatible and mutually loathing sects.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

God did his best to make everything perfect, but the problem is free-will. As much as God is absolutely beautiful, and his call and power is absolutely beautiful and to be relied on as it is the truest form of love, creation diverted and neglected. God pardons of course and keeps trying to make the best out of the situation.

God has failed to guide us not because he didn't show the way, it's because the tautology that there is no force in the religion.  He can create an illusion of love,  but love to him has to be by our own accord and there is no way to him but through accepting Him and submitting to his power and love and let him and his name drive us to the destination we are meant for.

Unfortunately, God can't do the impossible. If he could do the impossible, we would all be gods, and at his level, he is that generous. If he can beget a son, we all would be his sons.  The trial is of course much difficult.

He began things with a call, and we all heard of what we wanted and responded to various degrees, some slowly, some fast, some very reluctantly, but the chosen ones were very fast in responding and hearing, and the best of the chosen ones were in their own realms responding to God in the best way.

When he gave everything it's form and creation after, and made the system, he did so knowing how everything responded to his call before.

God is probably the most frustrated gambler,  we are like lotto tickets in which he wished to make the big abundant good through it, and love to see us prosper, but he get's negative values, rebels, but he keeps trying to reform us and forgive us,  and call us back to the path of prosperity.

We can't escape reality, reality forms us and makes us who we are, it's gives us our creation.

He made good and beautiful everything he created.   I can't imagine the sadness of God and his grief over us taking all this as a mockery and making light of life and the fallen world and neglecting his books and mocking the sacred link and path and signs and proofs.

Free Will. Rolleyes  You wonder why non-believing people don't appreciate all the arguments made by the religious, and then dredge up some lame-ass horse shit like this. I'm going to have to stop looking at this kind of BS, because it's just like arguing with a student in my geometry class about negative direction. People want to argue nonsense, they get to do it on their own time.

GC "explanation" is that after people ate from wrong tree god let "Satan to have a part in human life."

That's like if parent left kids to play on the playground and they used swings he didn't want them to use which made him angry and then to punish them he let them play in other playground but not before he let Nazis convert them into minefields -- and you agree with this. What is wrong with you?
