Trump becoming the most powerful man in the world is all absolute conclusive proof I need to KNOW that there is no loving God.

There is a nearly limitless number of examples you can dream up that if it happened, you would ascribe a supernatural cause. Why limbs? What gives you the idea that that is what we should expect to see? I can't think of one reason to think that this is what we should expect to see. It's a red herring. OFC you can apply a scientific test to the "supernatural", lol. Asserting that one can observe it sets up just such a test. The very reason that the supernatural fails these tests so often is that the purportedly observable effect simply fails to materialize.
