Creationism and Ignorance

The problem is that people who have no idea what they're talking about can still walk away thinking they "won" a debate against anyone.

I've noticed a few theists now with this need to announce themselves victorious. I expect it must stem from an inner insecurity, that they can't simply allow the reader to make their own mind up, they have to tell them who won.

Having the audience vote for a winner is a way of helping decide who won. The audience itself would have to be considered, of course.

I've seen the same out of atheist when they were clearly defeated. Not me but we have Christians here who can stand their ground and do a fine job of leaving an atheist in the dust.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

And these Christian dudes who thinks there is ground for them to stand on and dust they can leave atheists using the same reliable faculties that told them god spoke to them.

About what did the theist win? surely not about gods existence, because as far as I am aware god is still an unproven hypothesis.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

But then again you claim to see Jesus every day so you're not a very reliable witness.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Even though he doesn't know what a god is.
