Actually yes when I was a Christian i watched them, and many more, even then though i was not convinced as i cross referenced their work. But i find it hilarious given the scientific thinking on this that people push it as science, when in reality its wishful thinking.
Just like i found things like 'Expelled' embarrassing as a Christian.

God has the right to take our live as He gives us life. We are allowed to kill righteously in self-defense, just warfare, just hunting to eat.
God is almighty. Why was god defeated in a wrestling match? When he was defeated he tried to cheat (a sin) and he still lost. Why was god defeated by iron chariots? Is it just to kill children and babes in arms? Is human sacrifice just?

He is all knowing, knowing end to beginning and begging to end within a divine plan. Everything is within His divine plan of salvation and He chooses to work with humans to allow certain things to happen in line with His will. For instance, He answers prayers of His people as He chooses. He is all powerful to do what is possible but not what is nonsense and impossible. This does not limit His power. He is still almighty.

I'm quite happy to face my creator. I don't expect the first question to be, "Why didn't you kiss my ass your whole life and believe a load of fairy tales about talking donkeys and zombie Jews?" That would be some crazy creator.
But if that's the question, I'm quite prepared to answer it. "I saw no point, for either me or you, to worship. I would have been quite happy to interact with you, had you extended such a gesture. You chose not to, which is fine. I didn't believe those stories because they were ridiculous. I cared about the very real people and animals around me, and I didn't need any religion to tell me how to do that. I figured you could take care of yourself, or at the very least, needed no help from me."
If he decides to annihilate me, then good. I'd prefer that to going on to yet more existence.

If he really has read the bible, which I doubt, he must have edited out the bits he didn't like as he went along. God must be really disappointed that atheists know his book better than his own followers.
Of course, maybe God needs help from feeble men to explain what he really meant, instead of just writing that or communicating directly with people.
