I was not shouting at you. Also I was not talking about radiation. 

I'm talking about detectable energy of our brain waves. This is from the Journal of Biomedical Science and Engineering. (An acual scientific journal abstract that specifically mentions our soul)

Abstract:
Brainwave is a kind of traceable neurophysiological energy in a living brain. Invisible to human eyes, it is only detectable using electroencephalography (EEG), electrocorticography (ECoG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). The waves or oscillations or rhythms are produced mainly by the oscillatory networks of the brain. Three main oscillatory networks are thalamocortical, extrathalamic-cortical and cortical-cortical networks. Greater limbic system (reticular system, hypothalamus, thalamus, basal forebrain nuclei, limbic system) has a great influence on these oscillatory networks. This system which is in microgravity position lies deep inside and surrounded by the ventricles of the brain. It receives all information from inside and outside of our body and then projects to all areas of the brain (from all to one and from one to all—nearly similar concept to “from God back to God”). Therefore, the greater limbic system could be regarded as “a core of the neuroaxis” which lies in microgravity compartment and in microgravity position (“T”-shape or curving shape; whilst gravity position is “I”-shape or vertical shape). By knowing the origin of the brainwaves and methods to detect them, one may study seizure networks, normal and abnormal brain networks and arguably, even to explore the relationship between the “invisibles”: “invisible” brainwaves and “invisible” soul.

Fast forward to the chapter "conclusion":

Greater limbic system and cortical-cortical networks seem crucial in generating brainwaves. These systems cover the whole part of the brain and therefore are important in inducing various functions of the brain via “oscillations” or brain rhythms. Therefore, brainwaves (sinusoidal oscillations) can be further classified based on their frequency. At our centre, normal and abnormal frequencies were studied in many subjects including epilepsy, brain mapping, brain networks and even in the pursuit of “soul searching”.

Did you notice the quotation marks? I did.
If you actually would read the artice then you would notice that it explains how they traced brainwaves (aka. elctric signals, formed by a brain we already know to be electric ,and chemical) to a certain area in the brain. They noted that they dont know how those waves are gnerated yet. Later its mentioned that many texts postulate a "soul" within the brain, another "we dont know" (they admit to not knowing by mentioning the many conflicting or useless descritions/claims brought forward) Then its said that maybe(!!!!!) in the future a link can be made between the two dont knows.

I also had a look at chapter 4.3 which states:

Soul or spirit cannot be seen by our eyes. Various texts and manuscripts had described the concept of “behind a living body there is likely a soul”. This soul is commonly related to: a) breathing; b) heart; c) lungs; d) brain; e) immortal; f) from God; g) at the anterior portion of the ventricle as described by Leonardo da Vinci; h) related to CSF containing ventricles; i) knowing the soul, knowing the God better; j) non-substance soul; k) material for the body and immaterial for the soul and last; l) soul is related to an infinite spirit [31] [32] . Following deaths, the physical bodies can no longer function. Those that cannot be noted anymore after death (most are oscillatory items) we can regard as “soul indirect manifestations”. Those (soul manifestations) are heart rate, blood pressure, peristalsis, vascular pulsation, breathing movements and “brainwaves”. Manifestation of soul in the various forms can easily be understood as an analogy to the light (as soul) and the rainbow (as items in oscillations). Rainbow is the one that can be noted by us, but not the bright light.

Now i am not a doctor or neuroscientist, but claiming that peristalsis or heart rate being “soul indirect manifestations” seem not only questionable but factually wrong. I would like to read what peers noted in a peer review or have any experts here comment this.

I would also like to add that, as far as i undestood SCIRP is a open access online journal. From previous discusisons at TTA i know that those "free" or "for profit" journals suffer from the burden to be able to sustain themselves, namely by publishing sometimes questinable studies and having questionable reviews, because if they have no business, theyll be ou tof business soon.

The only thing all atheists claim is that they don't believe in any gods or God. There are atheists who don't accept evolution. There are atheists who believe in astrology, or ghosts. This particular site is a much a skeptic's site as an atheist's site, so those atheists tend not to thrive here; but they do exist. As far as the universe goes, the most common opinion among the atheists on this site might be stated as 'we don't know the ultimate origin of the universe, but we strongly suspect it's natural causes all the way down, because all the causes we've ever found for anything that is found in nature have been natural and we have no good reason to think that's suddenly going to change'. It's inferential logic, and it has a good track record so far.

Proteins are formed from genes, the process of making a protein is also called gene expression.


Structures in the cell identify the start and end of a gene and read the DNA sequence between them (the order of A, C, G and T bases within the gene). A molecular message (an mRNA molecule) is produced that echoes the sequence of the gene itself. In most respects, mRNA looks similar to a single-stranded piece of DNA.

A ribosome receives the mRNA molecule and starts to build a chain of amino acids (a protein) that exactly matches the instructions within the mRNA. The ribosome ‘reads’ the mRNA sequence as a series of three-base chunks or codons. Each codon tells the protein-making machinery which amino acid to add next.

Above are the two stages of protein synthesis transcription and translation, for reference in future. 

You're assuming that protein synthesis is a random process, in truth, it is governed by the non-random forces of chemistry.
