Well religion is a tool, more than anything else, so I can guarantee you someone in power at some point bent it to suit his needs.

Humans have tendency to do that with almost anything. Religion is not unique

And that is precisely why I find it hard to believe this world is ruled by an all powerful good.

However, it's pointless to blame humans for misusing the scriptures when the scriptures themselves outline how women are to be mistreated. Unless you are admitting that humans wrote the scriptures.

I don't think the religious mycologists hate the female form so much as they fear it. Then they apply "no need to fear what you control" logic and start creating ways to control them.

And who suggested that I'm "hiding" these verses?
I'm trying to list all the parts that seem "challenging on the modern human to get" and explain them the best I can.

In defense of myself, I might be so many things but I won't hide verses from you or from readers. That's for all I care

So please; list all these verses you find sexist.
