What?
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

I'm sorry, it's all garbled on this end. You'll have to type bigger.

I wouldn't text because the tiny keyboard gives me problems, but I know I prefer the text format of something like a forum or IRC to voice chat. I'm more focused and can compose my thoughts better through text mediums.

I dont have a problem with my coworkers using their personal mobiles as long as they don't abuse it. Its a thing when you got to make a call, text, or are expecting a call. It's another thing when you slack on your work to use facebook, twitter and shit.

I am quite the nazi boss when it comes to that.

I agree.

The work environment is slowly changing to accommodate the need for the personal phone.

Being distracted in her job can get somebody killed. Not a good idea.

I think its down to the way they slowly got smarter.
So a phone that could do a bit more than a normal phone was "smart" and they slowly improved, till now you could easily do the job of a mediocre PC on one.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.

Meh. Messing around at work and slacking off at work seem a necessary requirement of the human animal. Fighting it just seems inhumane.
