I agree with Aroura, 8 - 10 cups of coffee is drinking at dangerous levels and isn't going to help. Its dangerously low. You need much more coffee than that. 25 - 30 cups of coffee a day should be more beneficial to your health and well being. Along with caffeine supplements. Sleep is overrated. Who needs it? Be like New York City. And never sleep.  Tongue

Other than that I've used various drugs... benadryl is the only OTC one. Flexeril (which is a muscle relaxer) worked pretty well. If I were you I'd ask the doc again if he can replace one of the meds you're on with one that makes you sleepy, since he doesn't want to add something new. It's like, you shouldn't have to stop slugging coffee or being a general mess just to get some sleep, man!

Or maybe you could cut out all the drugs and get some exercise.

I think my post made me sound worse than I am. I used to party a good bit a few years back. But these days, the only drugs I do are coffee, pot, and alcohol. I took a break from pot a few months ago, but even when I was smoking, it was no more than a joint, at the end of the day, after I'd taken care of work/responsibilities. My drinking was getting to be a bit much, so I've limited myself to once a week on that--but I hardly even drink that much. So I have cut out the drugs, thank you.

Fuck exercise. I'm too lazy for that shit.
