See if you can get a free initial consultation with an attorney and ask them about the legality of these flyers in your jurisdiction. In many, if not most, soliciting testimony outside of professional witnesses is illegal.

He listened! Well, I had to listen to him first. Since it is his business and he knows all the particulars, i figured rightly that he'd be more open to what I had to say if I let him tell the whole story. So I listened fluently. When it was my turn to speak he listened and agreed that the flyers were a bad idea, and he was especially impressed when I mentioned one of the charges levied against him would be contempt of court. He even considered consulting legal council.
This is the first time in my life a man has ever said he was falling in love with me. Life begins at 53  Really, how long does it take a man to know he loves a woman? First sight? First kiss? A week? A month? A year? And he's not in a hurry to bed me. He says he wants to but he's not ready. He wants to get this trouble out of his life before he goes there with me.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

He was evicted for a sexual assault allegation, he is trying to sue, and he won't sleep with you until this legal matter is cleared up? There is something definitely off with this dude and you should do some digging on your own.

Easy for me to say here, though, since I'm an impassioned observer.
