I just finished a Lotzza Mozza Supreme pizza, which, as the name suggests, makes its billing by having a lot of mozzarella cheese on top. It really does make a difference to have a nice, thick, gooey layer of mozzarella on top. I don't eat mozzarella plain, but for pizza there's really no substitute for a healthy pile of it.
