And just to add onto this, should you not believe me, check out his Politifact score card: here

In terms of what he's said compared to the fact of the matter, only 5% of that has actually been straight up true and 33% being totally false. The rest is inbetween those two, going so far as the dreaded "Pant on fire" scale, of which 15% consists of. He's so full of shit, it's unreal.

Lies here

Wait? Are you calling "us" (atheists?) douche bags for not wanting a complete non-polictal LIAR to be president? I'm not even American and am confused by what you're trying to even suggest here.

"LOLS like when you said he wasn't going to be president?", surely that proves the point: The religious types are more likely to believe bullshit..because trump comes out with a lot of it, and you lot voted him in. Well done skip.

People said he would never be president, because it's such an odd choice: A television personality, with non politics back ground, talking total shit during his campaign trail etc. For the outside world looking in on this, it was BAFFLING that anybody voted for him at all.

I am calling atheist douche bags for thinking they are immune to fake news. I am calling everyone who thought that the news who unanimously predicted a landslide for clinton for weeks and on election night right up untill trump hit the magic number douche bags for thinking the polls and news were telling you the truth!

I went to a clinton rally and could walk up and spit on her as there was no one there (in my county at the time voted for her..) and then went to a trump rally where his supporters occupied two  huge aircraft hangers and 2/3 of the tarmac where his plane came to a stop, we were all shoulder to shoulder nuts to butts 3 hours to wait to get in and an hour in traffic out, and the news only reported 'a couple of hundred supporters.. there must have been 10,000 people who were denied access and waited outside the air port to get in.. the local new said 50,000 were in attendance, but again they only showed a close up of him and a few dozen behind him. Never seen anything like it.. yet all the polls all the reports show clinton ahead by double digits almost every day. then land slide this land slide that trump doesn't have a chance and on and on it went down to the point where not even the worst of the worst fake newsers could deny his win.

Why did I vote for trump/ because no one owned him. for good or bad we always knew what he was going to do because there was no special interest controlling him in the back ground. he wanted a wall as 1 generation immigrant born here I agree immigration should be done right. the immigration process is about assimilation into this culture not trying to for this culture to assimilate to yours. So i want the wall ( I would have started with canada but that's me) I wanted obama care gone. before obama care insurance was 800 per year. the second year of obama care was 1600 a month!!! then I have employees my end if they wanted it was too high to offer it. I would have had to fire 3 people if one guy wanted insurance. we just paid everyone's penalty. wanted business back. in the two years since the election we have tripled sales and opened a new location. where as under obama we could not afford to take pay checks my wife was not even registered as an employee, and every check i got i signed back over to the company. our tax break alone put us 30% into the green, not to mention the tools and equipment we have purchased and the added employees. Nothing clinton offered would have put us here in this position of growth. the climate bullshit the china trade agreement would have only further stripped down our economy. It is almost like the world leaders want our current system of government to fail. which is why we did not elect a politician.. we elected a citizen who want only the best for this country. He has delivered on far more than what he has promised!

Not to mention the race riots.. when has the last race riot happened? where a cop shoots a suspect and black lives matter burn down CVS drug stores and wig shops? it was under obama rule. Not that things are 1000% better but trump has made changes in communities long forgotten by even a black president!

We're not "immune" to it at all, but if you see the title of the study,Theists are "more likely to believe fake news", IE: Atheist's aren't immune to it, but we are more aware that you should look into things compared to most fundamental theists who believe in a lot of things, based on faith alone.

Edit to add:

Re: what he's delivered on and what he hasnt - Trumps promises and progress

TL; DR - He 100% delivered on Tax cuts, announcing his supreme court nominee and bombing IS. The rest is sketchy at best, while everything else is total BS (Hows that wall getting on?).  Some things he did did deliver are aren't good either, like getting out of the Paris Climate Deal, because he thinks Climate change is made up.

The overall point here, is this study shows that theists are "more likely" to believe fake news than Atheists. It doesn't mean we don't from occasion, but you get the idea.

Yeah, two things about that.  NO ONE expected the election of Donald Trump, including Donald Trump. Further, making a bad call about the outcome of an election doesn't qualify as 'fake news'.

Boru

it was the misrepresentation of facts like poll number or the numbers who showed up at the rallies or the fact that trump was blasted for saying obama had the phones in trump tower tapped or the fact that the news media was reporting all sorts of tabloid information about trump while making clinton look like a saint. it wasn't about just one night it was about 2 whole years of lies and bullshit I saw posted on my news feed every single day, it is about the same people doing the same stuff now with how the russian scandal is being portrayed it is how this president has cured or fix just about every problem obama bricked walled on in just 2 years verse 8 years of  affirmative action lame duck presidency. we went from 2.3%GDP to 4+% !!!! which is unheard of and before now not thought possible! He has all but solved the issue with north Korea which obama fear the most in his presidency. we have all but stopped IsIS meaning there are no more large groups of fighters only small pocket cells putting up varying amounts of resistance. the head has been chopped off but the snake still writhes around. again another impossible mission for obama, al qaeda is no more we are getting/collecting money in that region for their defense. no foreign terror attacks... yet according to the news now Trump is running the country into the ground because he does not play by the rules you guys like to play by.

which would indicate the you douche bags are less likely.. so I show an example where every single one of you were hook line and sinkered into the biggest fake new story of this decade! and refused to believe otherwise till trump was being sworn in, and all the while protesting the event.

Meaning the base who did elect trump had the where with all not to buy into the fake news and voted for trump anyway.. the base meaning christians and the like. you know the people you claim are more likely to buy into fake news... (who weren't the people who bought into the biggest fake new story ever!) and again even now, this fake new continues on how bad this president i supposedly doing from the russian scandal to staff problems to not being able to work no partisan deals.. Again it didn't stop at the election it still going and most of you are gobbling down everything your fav news source is trying to sell you.. like "christians are more likely to believe fake news" Your news sources really knws how to play you guys.. tell you what you want to hear and you will hook line and sinker swallow anything they have to say!!!

The GOP is running the country into the ground, they simply like the orange bully distracting his hate filled bigoted supporters giving the GOP cover from the fact they will if they can, get rid of protections for preexisting conditions, gut social security and medicare, to pay for tax breaks billionaires do not need.

Sorry but FUCK YOU! I have lived next to my neighbors on BOTH sides of me since 07, they have never been violent, never caused me any concern, and have been nothing but nice to me.

GOP economics since Reagan is simply short term bubble crap. It is like an alcoholic binge drinker, who has fun for the night, but wakes up in the ER. That is how trickle down economics work. The same fucking GOP policies that gave us the Bush Jr, housing, car bank crash, are the same thing that the GOP is doing again. It will work in the short term sure, but down the road they are going to drive the economy into the ground. The way the GOP does that is to convince you everyone else is to blame accept them.

your link is fake news.. in that not everything listed was a campaign promise, at least not to the degree your source says for starters the moving the embassy from televeeve to israel is done minus the renovations being made to a current structure. the embassy exists but is under construction slated to be done in a few more months.. by the sounds of your fake news report the whole thing stalled.. such is most of the 1/2 promise kepts selections. In that trump has done everything he can to keep a promise but the logistics on most simply has not caught up. Presidential approval is not like God calling light out of darkness. meaning trump or the office of the presidency does not have instant authority. like the renegotiation of nafta there are 2 other countries involved who had the best deal possible for them and now they are loosing money no matter what, so yeah it will take time. but in the mean while trump has gotten levies put on some of the major imports from canada and mexico like aluminium and timber.

So to with nato. the goal was always have them pay their fair share or pull out. this is the biggest deal ever when it comes to nato as it has always run in a american funded deficit, and now it is paying it's own way!!! but your fake new would have us believe trump settled on unplanned compromise rather than an out right dump. which is fake news in itself as trump never wanted to out right dump anything, as this is a negotiation tactic. in that have your supplier believe you do not need them or their services any more and shop around alternatives, and you can usally get whatever you want if you stay. same tactic used on the wall on nafta on the pipline on everything he does! even north korea had to believe trump was crazy and would light up the whole country as a bravado thing. but you fake newsers can't tell the rhetoric from intent.

here is a list of the top 13 promises by a source not known for trump support. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/checking...d=52234313

here is cnn appauding trump for keeping more promises than anyone else before him is such a short amount of time.

you tax break for billionares people are the dumbest on the planet. real billionares don't or never have paid their full share of taxes ever. only poor people pay taxes. I am not rich but I already know how to 'invest' to where I pay as much in taxes as my garbage man brother inlaw. and as the tax brden increases i simply doubble down on my 'investments.' the problem is I have to invest in companies like "carnival cruise lines" who's banks are not apart of the US tax system, and I have to keep rolling over this money till I get enough to put it in a fund or roth IRA retirement account where taxes are suspended if the account is allowed to mature. meaning all that money I would have in a bank here in this country for 30 years (where then the bank can use that money to lend to people like you and give me a decent return on intrest) is now sitting in some off shore bank where it is used to buy cruise ships and private islands..

What don't you morons get? why would someone like clinton who is worth 500+ million dollars want to pay 2/3s of that into the us governement to pay for people to smoke pot all day?

She wants this to get votes meanwhile she is also invested over seas where the US government can't tax her for crap! Remember her tax return she released 10.5 million https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nati...story.html with a domestic net worth of 53 million https://www.townandcountrymag.com/societ...net-worth/

and a global net worth of hundreds of million dollars. in just one year she raised 174 million dollars, https://www.politico.com/story/2015/11/c...ary-215964 yet they paid 10.5 million in taxes that year?

it's because rich people do not pay their taxes, so when trump lowers tax enough to where rich people feel like they are not losing money by investing in domestic banks we are actually collecting more revenue than if this money were offshore.

One thing you guys need to embrace is that the rich reps or 'Dims' are not paying taxes like you are. the only thing happening is the dims are collecting from the bottom of the barrel/the minimum rich people must have in cash to do business and live here, while the bulk of the money made is going off shore, and the reps are collecting from america's wealth, meaning rich people are not afraid to reinvest profit back into the economy put their savings back into american based banks making loans and funding more available for people who otherwise in a bad economy would not get it..

For example if I make enough under obama close to 50% would have went to all the different government tax groups incom fica obama care and the regular medicare bits. so I loose 1/2 of my years wage to give aways.. or I can pay tax on just what i need to live 50, to 75k and dump the rest into a low yeild off shore investment and still pay 25% in fees and taxes.. even if I only make .5% on the investment I am 25% head of the game because all of it would have been consumed by the US tax system. say now I'm looking to retire.. so I get a lawyer to hlep me transfer my off shore investment even paying penalities I can transfer to a non taxable retirement account like a roth ira.. again even if I loose  1/2 of my investment I am still 50% ahead of the game, and anything the ira makes is bonus money! either way I get mine and the only looser here is the american people. because if I have to pay 25 to 30% in fees and freign taxes and trump only wants 20% then guess what I am bring my money back here where my money is more liquid and I do not have to worry about some falure in some other market..

Your only take away is nothing else...

Rich people do not pay taxes like you do. the more you have the easier it is to 'invest' in something that tax is deferred or eliminated. dropping the tax rate means trillions in off shore money is being brought back to the US economy. which is why we have an unheard of GDP @ 4%.

Plus I like your term 'bubble' which describes unprecedented wealth and prosperity of an entire decade!!! and cash for clunkers was a 2009 obama deal not a bush era thing..

That said bush, clinton bush2 and obama were all bought and paid for by the same group of people.
