It was an inside job since the evidence points to the fact that it wasn't a terrorist attack, unless those terrorists had rigged the buildings with explosives before they drove planes into it.
Now hypothetically if this was a terrorist attack, it wasn't done in the name of Islam, it was done in the name of getting revenge on America for the latter having set up military bases in Arabia and for propping up dictatorial repressive regimes in the Middle East.
