One thing I've also noticed with headscissors is that there are two main ways to do it. One where their thighs are around your neck (which I've partly described in the post above) and then there's where their thighs are around your face. Difference is one strangles you, the other smothers you.
So like, if you're facing her fanny, you shouldn't pass out since there should be a slight gap for you to breathe. However, it is possible that her thighs could completely cover your nose and mouth. Now if you're facing her thigh, no doubt you're gonna pass out. No way to get air that way. One thing you'll notice is the amount of pressure you feel when her thighs are squeezing the hell out of you. Depending which way you face. If you're facing her thigh, all that pressure will be on the face, if you're facing the fanny, all the pressure will be around the sides of your head.
Either way, it is pretty much impossible to get out of. You'd be totally under her control. Lovely!
She decides whether to let you go, keep you there, or knock you out. Also if you do end up out cold, you could be out for a good few minutes.
