Wrong.
SOME atheist believe there is no god. A hard position to take as it carries the burden of proof just as much as any believer claiming there IS a god.
Most atheists I've run across say as I do; 'I don't believe in god(s)'. No claim, no burden of proof.
Atheism is not an homogeneous position. There is no such thing as an atheist's credo. Atheism is not about belief, but its opposite. Consequently, an atheist credo is an oxymoron.
I just love being patronised by dickheads who presume to tell me what I do and do not believe.
