hrm... vasectomy without numbing was more nauseating than painful, but equally intense.. Probably the worst instant big pain would be kidney stones. The most enduring chronic intense pain would be my gout.

With that particular gig, yes.

Narcotics withdrawal, totally someone else's fault. Damn needle gnomes.
Going over the top on my left knee. I'm told it looked like this:

When my two adult front teeth wouldn’t show themselves I had to have a procedure done with my gums. I was about 7-8.
They used a “strawberry gas” to knock me out, but it didn’t fully work.
I distinctly remember the moment they sliced into my gums. An icy blade slowly, cruelly slid into my already inflamed gums and struck my buried teeth. I remember them holding me down, and I definitely screamed. I think they used more of the gas as I don’t remember much else. But that feeling, that icy blade. I’ll never forget it.

Gastroenteritis leading to a ruptured appendix. Three surgeries for it over the years. Dropped a disc brake rotor with the mandrel for the lathe on my foot. I was holding it with shop towels because it was really hot, and lost control. My right big toe is 1/4" bigger in both directions than my left big toe because of it.

Putting the drill into reverse to untangle myself wasn't pleasant.
What is the worst pain you have endured? Do you learn by your mistakes? I certainly don't.
The worst pain I've ever endured was a dissociative break. It's not even a learning experience. You already know the shit is bad and you'd never do it, but double fuck you...it quickly becomes clear that you're not in control of what you do. So you get to watch it happen.

Without numbing? Why on earth would you do that?
I had one, when I turned 40. Plenty of Local. Unfortunately the alleged doctor hit a nerve, and I couldn't walk for 3 days. Without that mishap, I would have been fine.
A possible side effect of vasectomies is pregnancy. Look it up.
Oh; the only way you will be able to tell the difference is under a microscope; no swimmers.

They did numb but it took her too long to get in the room and wore off by the time of cauterizing, plus complications with tangling. It was horrible, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
