Who determines your right to free speech if not yourselves?
Who is gonna determine if you can read something or voice an opinion, popular or unpopular? The government? Censors?
We need free speech, because it offends, otherwise we won't know what is offensive to begin with. We're not toddlers who can't determine if something is likeable or not.

Pretty sure we can all broadly agree the insane ramblings of a mass murderer trying to incite race based terrorism can be censored .

Yeah that doesn't follow I think broadly "kill the darkies " doesn't have to be heard to determine it's awful

Incitement to violence has nothing to do with popular or unpopular opinions. In this case, amusingly enough, the opinions in question are popular with the us public. That's a big part of why this shit is on the rise here, and we're a big part o why it's on the rise globally. We became a testbed for messaging. The normalization, ubiquity, and reframing of white nationalist incitement as "a free speech issue" when it isn't..at all, is a successful recruitment and radicalization tool.
The KKK, here, has found itself on the other end of incitement more than a few times.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
