I'd also be pissed if Janeway didn't have a role or make a cameo...

I would think that Janeway would be a Starfleet Admiral at this point in time.

It's an episode of TNG were Picard dies due to his artificial heart failing and Q comes to him giving him a chance to undo the mistake (being stabbed in a bar fight )which damaged his real heart back in his youth . Picard tries to use the chance to not only avoid damaging his heart but to avoid being cocksure overconfident person he was in his youth . He avoids the stabbing which damaged his original heart only to find his adult life a living hell of mediocrity because he never took any chance and no ever noticed him .
