You get that these are deportation raids, right? Read the law arewethereyet posted. It's pretty clear.
The people in the camps (or the ones sent to Mexico) are those whose cases haven't been decided yet. The people targeted in the raids are people who have been found NOT to qualify for asylum and have been ordered deported.

As far as I'm concerned, these people should be left alone. They've been through enough. My only issue is posters here mischaracterizing what OLB said.

No I was addressing arewethereyet

[CIS] defines the procedure for alternative decisions in asylum cases. Some applicants are given the answer of a recommended approval. In this case, asylum cannot be immediately granted based on an incomplete portion of the application process; security checks must ensure that the applicant does not pose a threat to the United States and health checks must prove the applicant does not have any contagious diseases such as tuberculosis, HIV, or AIDS
If the court or asylum officer finds that an applicant does not fulfill the before-mentioned asylum requirements, the application may be referred to an immigration court. In this situation, the applicant could be eligible for a stay in the United States for other reasons.
If found to not qualify for asylum or general immigration status, an applicant receives a notice of intent to deny. This decision is a last-chance ruling. The applicant then has 16 days to write the court with reasons why he or she feels deserving of asylum and presents new evidence that was not taken into account their last application process. These efforts may qualify the applicant for asylum.
If there is no new evidence, the applicant is given a final denial. This ruling, if the applicant is in the United States illegally, is followed by removal of the applicant from the United States.
Show me a link that outlines the steps for - is followed by removal of the applicant from the United States.

Do you believe, for that matter, that they’re limiting themselves to the bad hombres ( even under their novel definition of what that means)?
You simply won't focus on what I said.
These are people who have been given hearings and been denied. Deportation warrants are issued.
And people are pissing and moaning about them being deported.
So why are we playing this stupid game?
Open the borders - or enforce the laws.
Pick one.

Explain how it's false.
Either follow through with the results of the asylum hearings or don't bother going through the motions. How hard is that?

I did, in point of actual fact in this reality. Borders aren’t made pointless on account of not using them as an excuse to be shitty to brown people for no reason. That.....that....would be a pointless reason for the existence of a border. We don’t need borders or even border laws to piss on a Mexican.

No they’re not, and you -know- that.

When you can't debate a point - insist that your opponent really means something else......
If that fails - call them a troll...
If that fails - pout like a little bitch.
