Jeffrey Epstein Dead

Epstein named some prominent and extremely powerful men, and truth be told, cover-ups do happen.

Personally, I find it a little odd that he was taken off of suicide watch. Still not clear as to when or why that happened.
At the very least, it lends credence to the possibility that he was allowed to commit suicide.

In any other case I would agree. But we are not talking about murderers of adults, or rapists of adults, or Mafia bosses like Gotti.

Famous or not, child molesters don't do well in prison.

What could Epstein gain? NOTHING. Even if he made a deal to rat out other famous people, he'd at best get isolation, but even then if he ratted someone out to get that, that would make him more of a target and that WOULD create more of an incentive to those involved to have him murdered. He was already fucked.

Outside forces in his circle with his money, even if involved, still would have no reason to risk making an order, knowing that child molesters are already hated.

Er...Epstein was awaiting trial in Special Housing, Brian.

He was already separated from the general population and had already started singing like a canary.

Who is "Rabid", not me.

Do you spend any time outside this website watching the news on TV or on Fackebook or Twitter?

I do, AND AGAIN, prior to making my first post here, I had seen bullshit conspiracy crap from BOTH republicans and democrats.

Is it "possible" for some famous rich democrat, or famous rich republican to order Epstein's murder? Sure, but whyEp? Child molesters are the lowest scum in prison. So again, even if you are rich and famous, and part of Epstein's circle, and were in on the trafficking, what good would it do you, to make an order, knowing that he'd either kill himself, which is the most likely thing that happened, or another prisoner or guard independently "helped" him?

It is very likely he committed suicide by himself. The next scenario would be another prisoner or guard "assisting him" IE murdering him. Less likely. But highly unlikely would be a political external force needing to make the order, EVEN IF INVOLVED with the sex trafficking. Why take the risk of creating the link from the outside to the inside knowing he is already hated and has no credibility  and is a target even without external help?

I just realized, how is it everyone is so damned focused on a rich white guy dying in custody to the point that the AG wants an investigation but Sandra Bland not accused of child molestation, dies in custody over a traffic ticket ?

You seem to be under the impression that Epstein would've eventually been "taken care off" by other prisoners, thus assuming that there couldn't possibly have been any motive or need for someone on the outside to orchestrate or enable his demise.

You watch entirely too much TV, dude...Lol

In real life, child molesters are generally housed in special blocks in order to prevent them from attacked, maimed, or killed by other inmates. As are high-profile figures.

This is an appallingly stupid comparison.  An investigation into Epstein's death is warranted because he was taken off of suicide watch.  Are you claiming that the suicide of a high-profile prisoner should NOT be investigated?

Oh, I always rely on Twitter and Facebook for news.

RE: Jeffrey Epstein Dead
I was very angered by Sandra Bland's death, and I've posted extensively and raised awareness about it on other forums.

This thread is about Epstein, though.

More importantly, I'm in no way expressing outrage that "poor" Epstein is dead. Unlike Bland, I do not regard him as a victim.

The concern isn't for him at all. The concern is that his untimely death potentially makes it much more difficult to weed out his powerful, sicko cohorts.
IF there was a deliberate attempt to silence him by someone involved in his sex-trafficking ring, then law enforcement needs to make an effort to determine who that MIGHT be.

That's all I'm saying.

The fact that he was removed from suicide watch is suspicious IMO, and seems to defy all logic and protocols. Apparently the DA and FBI are troubled by that as well, which is why they're investigating it.

That poor woman definitely should have been kept on a suicide watch. A combination of her mental health issues and an incompetently run jail led to a needless death.

But the point (which Brian either misses or doesn't care about) is that her suicide WAS investigated, but for some reason he has a problem with the Epstein investigation.

Puzzling, that is.

I like Brian. He's a good a guy.
He just worries too much and gets a little ahead of himself in reminding everyone how and what to think sometimes, is all.

Anyhow, Epstein was housed in a high-security area.
A careful review of the surveillance footage should be able to dispel at least some of the speculation as to what may have happened.
