I'd be interested in knowing what the circumstances that would justify putting a US citizen with multiple forms of identification on an ''immigration hold' could be that don't involve him having a Latino name and brown skin.

See. Because I believe in enforcement of immigration law and don't jump the gun when an incident is reported, and that means I'm a racist. I've agreed all along that the conditions in the detention areas are bad and need to be improved. I read about the high school boy. There were conflicting irregularities and his brother who was trying to enter illegally was with him. But if you want to call people racist, why not try knowing that person first.
