People that own these dogs should be responsible. I have a small dog, he is quite tame, but I have insurance on him, just in case. I also walk him every day out in the street, so he can strech his legs on the countryside.
Altough not as tragic, still bad, news come today in Portugal, a dog bit a 20 y.o guy penis, a stray boxer (?). That guy had to get stiched thar and needs reconstructive surgery. Outch.

Maybe he was trying to do it "properly", but the dog wasn't having it and spun and bit him? A crotch is about mouth level on that dog. Could be legit an attack. Just spit balling, here. It would be like that guy attacked by the chimp that ran amok and but his junk clean off. Who knows?
