When environmentalists "get serious" amusement trolls will watch their mouth, lol. People are viscous like that. Folks like OLB, here, will pretend that they've never said an unkind word and hope to high heaven that no one ever discovers otherwise.

Is anyone familiar with the idea of 'stochastic terrorism'? It's when someone with media access to millions of people badmouths someone, thus raising the chances of one of their many followers, listeners, readers, and/or viewers will take it upon themselves to send death threats to the person who upset their beloved idol so. It only leads to actual murder occasionally, but it happens often enough that it's not unreasonable for someone targeted by, say, a national radio host or popular TV pundit to fear for their lives. But the instigator is only exercising their free speech rights, they're not sending the death threats or doing the murder themselves, so they're in the clear, legally, as long as they don't actually call for their victim to be harassed or harmed.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

You'll have to be more specific, there are so many celebs to choose from, and none of them have much to do with any future in which environmentalism is a serious concern. A future in which our current polluters and their useful idiots are looked upon and acted against as surely and swiftly and heavily as some nubtall who dumps liquid mercury into the water supply.

From what I know (my info may be outdated and I m not in the mood to check) the world child population ( 0- 15, or input population) will remain the same, 2 billions, and in 2100 the overall population will hit it's stability mark at 10 billions. Care to tell us how population will double at every 100 years if the input population remains the same?

On a more serious note, that is what experts believe it will happen. I know that experts are not reliable when it comes to foreseeing the future but in this case it matches the trend of a decrease in breeding while well-being is increasing.
