RE: Is there a contradiction in the Qur'an?
The Quran is the word of god? Fine.

Step 1: Demonstrate there is a god

Because you say there is a mistake in the Qur'an. You have a claim like that. You need proof of that claim.

Meh, here's how this goes.

You challenge a person to point out any of the numerous internal and external errors in magic book.
A person does so.
You proceed to argue that those errors aren't errors - from creative interpretation all the way up to asserting that magic book was right and reality is wrong.

-but there's no point...because it doesn't matter, to either of us, whether there are errors in magic book.

Or does it?  Why would it matter?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

So prove it already.

You could certainly try, but assuming that it were - completely freeing you from any responsibility to prove as much.... then the word of god contains internal and external errors.

Is that a problem for you? Why, how?

There is no internal or external error in the Qur'an. If you think it's a mistake, let's discuss it.

Let's discuss this issue. Let's discuss the verses of the Quran.Do you accept my invitation to discuss.

 Uhm... I think you've missed my question/responce.

You posted; "I prove that the Quran is the word of God."

Now... discussing the thing that you're going to prove is a tad.... circular, isn't it?

Also.. I'm actually not sure where the 'Discussion' section is... Blush

So... I'm happy to talk about any evidence of/for a diety. Talking about second hand information seems rather... redundant, dont' you think?

Cheers! Great

I'm placing my bets on him not making it to 30 posts.

The 19th system in the Quran proves that the word of God was found.
