This is just a troll MA. And a simpleton at that. The problem is that the forum is understaffed, I created a quorum system where you needed a certain number of votes were needed to evaluate a warning, ban, etc. To ban someone for trolling, you'd need at least 6 staff members IIRC...
There are only Boru and Valk around caring, LfC too, but she must be tending to her children in these harsh times. This makes any ban inpractical. I didn't antecipate the situation where two mods were available. Take it up to bitch Shell_ B for her manipulation.
