It's been two days, and this thread as generated about as much interest as a dead hedgehog, so here's the answers:
1. They were all musical guests on the first season of 'Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In'.
2. They all made cameo appearances on the first season of 'Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In'.
3. They are all descriptions (made by either Dick Martin or Judy Carne) of the Flying Fickle Finger of Fate award on 'Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In'.
4. There was a lapse of at least ten years between the named film and its sequel: 'Mary Poppins' - 1964/'Mary Poppins Returns' - 2018; 'The Pink Panther'- 1964/'The Return of The Pink Panther' - 1975 (there were two Inspector Clouseau films intervening, but they didn't feature the Pink Panther diamond, so they don't qualify as 'sequels'); 'Toy Story 2' - 1999/'Toy Story 3' - 2010; 'Psycho' - 1960/'Psycho II' - 1983; 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' - 1974/'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2' - 1986.
5. All items named were the 'last' in specific categories:
-'Cars' was the last film for which Paul Newman received an acting credit during his lifetime.
-John F. Kennedy was (as of this writing) the last American president to be assassinated.
-'The Tempest' was the last play to be solely authored by William Shakespeare.
-'Schindler's List' was (as of this writing) the last film for which John Williams won an Academy Award.
-Frederick Sanger was (again, as of this writing) the last person to win multiple Nobel Prizes.

Thanks. I enjoy doing them. I used to organize pub quizzes. I prefer doing it online. Less punching involved.
