Just watched the press conference about the charges against them. What angers me is that they are giving them until 6pm Thursday, 18th, tomorrow, to turn themselves in. Why would you announce the charges to them and give them the time to either commit suicide or flee? But they did say the other officer who didn't fire seemed to express guilt about what happened and is willing to testify against the other officer who did shoot. Other things that also express that they were not afraid, is that the shooting cop kicked him while he was down, the other admitted he stood on his shoulder after he went down.
