That's pretty much the point I'm making. Therefore if he dressed as a female you'd be less inclined to raise any alarms.

Just as a point of information, just because someone looks male and has a penis does not make them a cis-gendered male. I'd love to hear how one can tell that a person is cis-gendered by sight.
