It is time to put the "Hammer" down.

It is time to put the "Hammer" down.
One of my favorite sitcoms was the TV SHOW "Sledge Hammer"  Poking fun at authoritarianism.  I won't lie and say I didn't like the serious "Dirty Harry" movies,

Thank you. I was on pins and needles fretting about your opinion about that. I can rest easy, now.

This following episode has to be my favorite. It has a punchline referencing my more favorite "Moonlighting" 80s detective comedy/drama.

Thanks for yet another unsolicited glimpse into the bottomless pit of self-serving mediocrity that is your life.

The #1 reason the original Dirty Harry film is easily the best of the five made:

They understood the moral ambiguity inherent in the premise. For much of the movie, Harry’s methods do little to no good, and when he uses some “enhanced interrogation techniques” on Scorpio, the only thing that comes out of it is Scorpio getting any charges against him dropped because of police brutality. And, in the end, he figures out that his methods are fundamentally incompatible with what his job is supposed to be.

Unfortunately, because I strongly suspect that people really want excuses to be bastards, the public missed the damn point and kept him on the force for 4 More Fucking Sequels, and created an entire subgenre of police procedural.

I hate to burst your bubble, but life is always life, no matter what we believe, or what food we like, or whom we like to hang out with.

I only hope you figure this out .

Yea, everyone loves a tough guy for sure. But in one of the sequalls he takes down corrupt cops. My favorite of was Sudden Impact.

Unfortunately in reality, none of any superman/ superhero bullshit works.

Personnally, I prefer [insert poor taste in TV show here]. It's slightly less horrific.

The only real "poor taste" has nothing to do with entertainment of any kind, The only real "poor taste" is humans forgetting that we are not a separate species.

First off, I am NOT judging you...but isn’t it a little early to be hammered? Even on a weekend? Even for you? I only ask because you replied to and quoted your own post and provided us with a very impressive misspelling of ‘sequels’.
