Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure."

It took substantially more that 190 seconds to impeach Trump. Granted, it was pretty quick, but that’s what happens when you’ve had practice.
No evidence needs to be presented to impeach a president and doing so is not an affront to anyone.
Trump hasn’t been removed from office. He’ll serve out his term, and then leave.
His trial is coming, sometime after 20 January.
Breaking the law has nothing to do with impeachment.

These are the people that lead to higher ups. Most of them don't want to face even a year in prison - this is how FBI informants are made.

I keep hearing numbers of 100 arrested and 200 identified but can't kind a comprehensive list.

Anyone who thinks they can predict the outcome of legal cases against the capitol attackers is engaging in willful stupidity.
In other news, the FAA has issued a special zero tolerance policy toward unruly behavior on planes due to the numerous events since the insurrection, one of them being people harassing Mitt Romney on his flight. I'm sure they will now lump that in with all the other charges of 1st Amendment Rights abuse.
Why is it so?
