And his party is lying their asses off about renewables, especially wind turbines. The ones Texas has were simply not weather proofed. Other cold parts of the world work fine in that kind of weather. And the electric grids in any case were not set up for what happened. It was a disaster brought on by the GOP deregulate everything and only care about the profits of the energy companies.

Not to mention their natural gas and coal aren't working either and they're a way bigger percentage of Texas power generation than wind and solar.

One of his aids tried to claim he planed on coming back the same day. Which is bullshit when you look at his carryon luggage picture at the airport. That thing looked stuffed. When you pack light it doesn't bulge. I went to Australia for 2 weeks and my carryon didn't look bulged when I left.

No one thought he planned to fly down and right back.  No one.

When I pack light it's only two suitcases and a laptop bag...and a purse.
