Nope, you the person who only read the headline and not the content of the article did.
Thanks again for proving Vuls point
So the author is in the clear because she didn't read the headline she wrote and didn't understand her own article? Got it.

Yeah and support the contention you make about her article. A person who simply read the title and did engage with actual content.
Just keep digging

Too bad you didn't accept for repeating "but the title Durr Durr reading the actual article and dealing with the author's actual points is too hard so I'll just judge it by the title ....Durr Durr.

Why don't you drop the act, Mashmont? I grew up in the Catholic Church. I know all about it. I even admire it in some ways. But it's a flawed institution no matter how you slice it. That is, it's not perfect. Not to be trusted with the canonization of saints. Not to be trusted with the pronouncement of heresies.
Sure, not entirely bad. I like its monastic traditions. It isn't merely a gang of child molestors, as some would portray it. But flawed nonetheless. The scandals, and the Papacy's knee-jerk response to these scandals, only highlight this fact.
Your Church is more concerned about power than it is about God. And your Church is more concerned about power than atheists are. In short, your Church is a power-hungry monster. Might even be the sort of thing Jesus preached against. If you take a Scribe or Pharisee... and add belief in the New Testament, you get a Christian.

Christianity separated itself from morality before the RCC was established. With the possible exception of the Koran, I can't think of a more vile book to claim the moral high ground than the buy-bull. In fact, I can't think of more vile books than those two and I've read some true gut churners.

Customs were different 5000 years ago. We don't always know the context. Notice you guys never talk about the New Testament and the words of Jesus.
You really don't want to go there, Sparky. The words attributed to your jeebus in the new testament about slavery are not what you seem to think they are. He didn't have a single thing to say against slavery.
