God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

A freedom you can't imagine? Really? I thought god is this strict person who would immediately punish you if you fuck up one of the tiniest rules, Adam and Eve for example. I really can't sense freedom. But, then, yesterday I heard from someone heaven is somewhat a prison for people. The Heaven a lot of people are familiar with is according to the bible a temporary place, which will be replaced by the New Earth when Jesus Christ returns. The New Earth is supposed to be a re-creation of the Garden of Eden, where those who will be judged favourably by god might possibly spend forever as his willing slaves.

I can't remember the video I saw that discussed pretty much the same topic. The guy pointed out that as there is no sin, it's not that if you do sin you're out of heaven, it's that you literally wouldn't be able to sin in the first place and that includes thoughts....he likened it to a lobotomy removing part of your own being, your personality, your freewill...everything that makes you, you. Also, you would either have to be forced to forget all the loved ones you had on earth who, for whatever reason, ended up in Hell or know for a fact that they were suffering eternally and how would spending eternity knowing people you loved and who loved you were suffering be anyway heaven?

And everyone is married to and must love Jesus.
And you can't have sex!
Trudging through endless religion one step at a time.
