compared to china, russia is not really a super power. China’s GDP is 10 times larger. although russia still holds the edge in a few field of military technology, chinese military industrial complex holds vastly greater in many more fields, especially after may of the former soviet military industrial complexes ended up in independent republics and then were allowed to decay.

there is no doubt russia would be a junior partner to china, the real superpower, but russia would be an exceptionally valuable partner without which china probably can’t ever compete directly with the US due to china’s geographic disadvantage.

Not taking a decision is in itself a very big decision; eg: seeing your brother raping and killing people but decide not to take any measures.

The bigger problem is that Putin is not a nice man; we saw what he does to people in Syria.
What depresses me is that we Muslims are left with either the European+American choice or Gog & Magog (Russia + China) choice.

Turkey is caught between the jaws of these bloodthirsty beasts; so as poor Ukrainian civilians.

But we tasted the darkness of both superpowers in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

USA and Canada and Australia and New Zealand are all considered western nations and part of the Anglo world with U.K. Because of their cluture, policy, politics, belief, system, and ways of life.
