A private army that's worth a shit (this is not an endorsement of actual ability..I'm just saying that given the evidence we have I'd rather fight russian regulars than wagner even if the outcome is the same - one is just more difficult than the other). Everybody else in russia sees it too, hence the rush to create a pmc for everything. They're warlords, to a man..and I think that theyre going to do what warlords always do to each other, sooner or later.

The alternative explanation is that Prigo and his schtick is Putins approved escape hatch for blaming everything on...(checks notes) Gerasimov and Shoigu. That possibility is backed up by Prigo seemingly calling Putin a bitch and then backtracking and saying he was talking about someone else, even if the terms he used were very well known and commonly employed criticisms of Putin.

Like, if an american started talking about how "Shrub" was a piece of shit and then saying "why would you think I was talking about Bush2, I'm Bush2's BFF!?!" Gee idk, you tell us? Better yet, tell this man from the FSB eh?

(and the alternate alternate explanation..is that putin is dying and this whole thing was a dying mans last grasp for the ring, and prigo wants the job when he croaks.)

Wait?

So Winterhold thinks the Ukranians blew the first dam?

OKay, I have one clarifying question then to Winterhold;

 "HOW?"

Please, sketch out a scenario that the Ukranians might be capable of that matches the images of the punched dam.

Huh

Unless you think that wasted money and men, soldiers and even political power are not exhaustion, then you are hugely mistaken.

Lots of powers are being exhausted, economy experts must tell you...or job owners.

Russia today has nothing to do with the Russia of the 90’s for instance. People are fleeing the country in masses. The ones who did not flee are very poor and they live in their fantasy world created by the propaganda machine.

Iran is an oil-rich country who can’t feed its own population. They produce Shaheed Drones + Nuclear weapons. And that’s about it.

North Korea is selling its own population to China to work in slavery-like conditions in the production of textile products of some famous European trademarks.

Countries like Egypt / Morocco / Jordan are not very powerful countries and are not democratically governed, but these are still sovereign states that need to be respected. Still, places like Venezuela / Haiti / Cuba / Syria or even Iraq are not what I would call “real countries”. I see these places as some sort of void areas that are created by the limited global geopolitical understanding of our times. George W Bush called them “Rogue countries”. Wasted by whom?  The us isn't losing soldiers and weapons contracts are money makers.  Ukraine is unlikely to believe that men dying to secure it's existence is a waste and they never had any dollars to lose.

If you're crying into your cup about the terrible loss and waste to russia - I think that ship has sailed - but you'd have a point.  It's almost as if the entire ruling class in russia is a traitor to russia and it's people, or something.  Where are all of russias fair weather friends anyway?  Russia is over there setting fire to whatever they can as they bolt for the hills and not a peep from them.

I spoke more with an attitude typical of the 60’s or even the 80’s. Yes we all need to have military budgets and support the people who readily give everything they have because of the limited planetary consciousness the world seems to have. My argument is that 400 nuclear warheads should be enough for a country like China. I also think that the US can agree to decrease its nuclear arsenal to that number too, in return for China not building anymore of those weapon (which will not / cannot be used in this type of society anyway). So that’s my idealistic approach in a time of very obvious climate crisis.

False flags are carried by Intelligence Agencies, so they're so hard to pinpoint. All you have left is speculation and looking at historical incidents.

So my historical incident was the "Nord Stream" incident, which was a false flag carried by Ukranians, the CIA even knew about the plot:

Quote:No, it doesn't it wouldn't make a lick of sense for the West to blow up the damn it makes perfect sense for Russia too as one of Russia's war goals has been disrupting Ukrainian infrastructure, and blowing up a damn that part of the power grid makes perfect sense from that perspective.

It makes total sense too that Ukranians (who are known to  blow infrastructures to embarrass Russia like the Nord Stream incident to take vengeance on the criminality of Russia's bombings on their civilians).

Quote:Putin has limits and he won't do anything Nuclear because he is not completely off with the fairies and knows the unforeseen consequences messing with something so deadly might bring about. Nuclear energy is not something one takes lightly.

That's where my theory comes: this guy -Putin- has a bigger plot and hidden allies (like China and NK) who are waiting for the perfect chance to strike. They studied western moves for decades, and have the arsenals to hit in the right time.

Their plan is eliminating the Dollar itself and replace it with their currency, this will not happen except a Nuclear War emerges, and they win in it.
Remember how America itself became power number 1 along with the Dollar. They had to nuke Japan.
Russia & China will nuke the west to emerge supreme AKA WW3.

On Afghanistan: No one kicked anyone out. The US left (I don't know why they left) and the corrupt "Afghan Government" fled to India without forgetin his dollars + Classical sports car. than barbarian hordes claimed the country as their own and thats about the end of the story Smile

Ukraine already owned that river and had already made preparations for riverine operation in kinburn spit...russia had no way to get anything in there to contest that, then they did what, made the area of control bigger, gave ukranian boats freer and larger range of ingress?  With enemies like this..who needs friends?

(and...I know, I know, we're thinking of the humanitarian disaster, and we all feel for people stuck on roofs...but that's not really a useful or even prudent way to think about what happens during a war.)

People died on “their side” or the Dnipro as well.

Still, I now hear the Ukrainian offensive has started despite that. Yesterday there were debates on whether this would stop or delay the Ukrainian offensive. Today I’m hearing that it is not and that things are going well for the Ukrainian troops in General. Here is a nice article on that:

Putin's "Russia" is different than Soviet "Russia".
Soviet Russia had different tactics than Putin's Russia.

Soviet Russia was an imperialist superpower, while Putin's Russia is a member of a bigger alliance that includes "China-North Korea-Iran,...(other countries we don't yet know).

Soviet Russia fought for the USSR only, but Putin's Russia fights for the bigger alliance I just mentioned.

No, the U.S "retreated" just like Vietnam and lost Billions, we mentioned that in an old post.
Back to Putin's Russia.
