Russia and Ukraine
RE: Russia and Ukraine
(October 27, 2022 at 10:42 pm)Fake Messiah Wrote: Vladimir Putin’s Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov declares Ukraine war a ‘Big Jihad’

Vladimir Putin’s Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov has declared “Big Jihad” and urged Russian Muslims to fight Ukraine’s “demons” and “satanic democracy.”

Kadyrov, one of Putin’s most fanatical backers, urged his supporters to lay waste to Ukraine and backed calls from Russian allies to wipe cities “off the face of the f—ing Earth.”

Kadyrov also vowed that anyone who agreed to take up arms and fight would get to kill “shaitans,” an Islamic term for demons.

“And there will be lots of shaitans that you will have a joy to destroy.

“We will not capture those shaitans, but we will burn them. We will not stop anywhere.

Kadyrov also said he believed Russia was at war with all of the West, not just Ukraine.

“Satanic democracy is when the rights of atheists are protected, but believers are offended. Or when traditional couples are deprived of children who are transferred to same-sex families. Intentionally same-sex, not by chance.

“In Europe they have swallowed it. They consider it modern, civilized. The more liberated ‘below the belt’ topic, the better for them. And I see degradation and Satanism in this.

This is what I wanted to explain. Check this out on amazon if you like:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6731...-revisited
This is a 1991 book by some medium called J.Z. Knight. My mother was reading it so (I was 14) and I decided to read. Then I read it again, and once again, just to make sure I get it all. I am giving this example just to show you that it’s not that hard to believe in conspiracies. For a while I was truly believing that some dark forces (like freemasons or other secret societies) had taken over the entire planet and that this would be solved by some sort of divine intervention. Than I met I political İslamist whose name I won’t even mention (in written form of course) and this guy was taking it to the next level. Not only freemasons who were devil worshipers had taken over the US, the west and the entire planet, but the true believers (Sunni Muslims of course) were the only thing left between them and their total domination of the world. I threw away that book some 15-17 years ago but it was a huge books with many illustrations in it, and some references to important authors (like Chomsky) and even some historical documents (like documents proving that the holocaust was pure fictions). I would like to be able to say that I didn’t buy any of it. But again, it was the period before 9/11, so I still picked up at least some elements from that “theory” in the name of being open to diverging ideas.
The reality is: These guys are professional deceivers. They happen to know how you want things to be presented to you so you want to believe it. This last mentioned notable personality had even anti-evolution books freely distributed in the streets of the city center in which he explained the “forgery” of evolution.
So there is no limit to insanity. So the only question left to ask Bel is:
- Did you verify the thing that you heard or read? Did you check on some multiple / reliable sources? Are you news sources respecting the ethics of journalism? Do they really accomplish the duty of informing the public in return for the monthly pay they are receiving? Are these person journalists or are they the heralds of some person or group that they are serving or that they are afraid of?
If you are not asking these questions now (Mr. Bel.). Let’s end this discussion now. And pick up where we left in 3-4 years’ time. That’s my offer to you Smile

We Americans didn't start the Korean war. The North Koreans did that with their surprise invasion of South Korea on 25 Jun 1950. America, the UK, Australia, Turkey, and other nations responded to this invasion by giving military support to South Korea -- Americans being the first to aid the defense by dint of America having small forces stationed on the ground there with those units fighting back immediately.

I asked you to tell us which news sources you find reliable, and you declined to answer.

Well, let's go back a few years, review what these highly reliable official sources were telling us, and think about what's happened since.

Did you believe it when the New York Times and all the other corporate media outlets told us that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, was capable of an imminent attack on the US, and had something to do with 9-11? Because that's what they told us. And the journalists who said it was a lie were fired.

And it turned out to be a lie.

RE: Russia and Ukraine
News this morning that Japan will most likely defy US sanctions against Russia and go ahead with a planned large-scale project to get natural gas. This project used to involve Exxon as well, but they pulled out due to sanctions.

Everybody knows that Japan is about as obedient to the US as it's possible for a nominally independent nation to get. The decision not to obey in this case will be noticeable to those who follow energy policy, and further erode US hegemony and its ability to control other countries.

https://asia.nikkei.com/Business/Energy/...Exxon-exit

For those who like to question sources, the Nikkei group of business publications is about as business-like and non-radical as it's possible to get. It tends to be reliable because businessmen like to make money, and turn away from publications that work against that goal.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikkei_Bus...blications

It's possible that the US could still pressure Japan into obeying orders. If that doesn't happen, it's just one more step in America's current very efficient process in shooting itself in the foot.

RE: Russia and Ukraine
japan’s negotiating position with respect to the US strengthened immeasurably after the U.S. decided to decouple from china and go into full containment mode vs china.   once the US and china is locked inextricably into no holds barred superpower rivalry, japan can name her own price and the US would have to pay it.   Japan’s position would be stronger than it had been during cold war with the USSR, and stronger than those of any individual NATO ally during the cold war.

so japan can afford to defy the US on russian sanctions  for the same reason why the U.S. had to grin and bear it when India told the US to go shove it when the US wanted India to toe the line on russia.

1. You have no business lecturing anyone else on sourcing Bel when you frequently cite Russian apologists and ADS victims.

2. This affair with Japan means little in the long run and the only one who has shot itself in the foot is Japan by trying to align its interests with countries that will knife it in the back. The same goes for India. Two very stupid countries that don't seem to realize who they have gotten into bed with.

3. A source doesn't have to be radical to be repeating Russian propaganda nor is mere profit enough of a reason to hold a source beyond suspicion

WWI:
Bismarck died in 1898. He predicted a war 20 years after his death if the German emperor would not continue Bismarcks policies.
The sinking of the Lusitania was indirect a result of Tritpitz´ fleet program, which was however focused on surface combat.

WWII:
Germany declared war on the USA!!!!!
Although, the US had already been heavily supporting the UK with the "Lend and Lease" program, flying patrols over the atlantic (one of which detected the german battleship Bismarck), and a US WWI destroyer was sunk by a german sub (or was it only an attack?) before war was declared. Anyway, the destroyer was on pretty agressive sub partol duty.
So, its a bit complex, but Germany declared war on the US, period.

Quote:The Ukrainian military said Russia fired 55 missiles on Monday, 45 of which were shot down. Thirteen civilians were injured, the Ukrinform news agency reported. The Foreign Ministry said 18 “objects of civilian critical infrastructure” were damaged. None of the figures could be confirmed independently.

So Ukraine reported that 10 Russian missiles evaded interception, and then went on to damage critical infrastructure at 18 points. NY Times is unable to confirm these reports, perhaps because they can count.

And?

This tactic will fail just like all the others Russia's tried. Your buddy Putin continues to show his weakness.

Russia has lost the war. This is simply more proof of this.
