It is astounding how people still confuse consequence for censorship.

You're free to speak your mind, but wisdom allows for the understanding that consequence isn't disgarded in a civilized society.

  There are some very confused people around here.  But I'm not one of them.  Sure, at one point in referring to freedom of speech I referred to the second amendment.  Somebody corrected me and I knew instantly that they were right.  A little slip up now and then is no big deal.  But as far as consequences and censorship, that doesn't apply to me.  You see, if I am right, there are no consequences.  If I am banned for being right, that is censorship. Now if I expressed an opinion, that might be a different matter.  Let's say that somebody said that the only way for negroes to be useful is if they were turned into toilet paper.  I could see them getting banned for voicing such an opinion.  Though under the principle of freedom of speech, they shouldn't be.  An interesting point though is if I said it, I could prove it far beyond anybody's ability to doubt.  I just wouldn't be given the chance to do so.
