As I have mentioned, Jayapal wanted the BBB, a massive piece of legislation, pushed as an Executive Order. Nothing on that scale has been done as an EO.
So, you’re ok with little EOs but not the big ones. This means that some EOs are anti-democratic, but not others?

At least you did admit you have no problem with Democrats enacting legislation by executive fiat. Kudos. Why even have a Congress? Either side can enact legislation by executive fiat? As for why your country has a congress ask the guy that made it legal to use EOs.

When a party openly tries to get a piece of legislation made an EO because they can't get enough votes, I'm 100% against that. How that is controversial is unknown to me.

I feel the same way about things like the us presidency. 100% against trying to claim it when you can't get the votes. Same with any office on down the line, really. Seems uncontroversial.
