It really isn't rational, the people who take UU seriously belive in some crazy shit.

Some people do, but none of that crazy shit is mandated by the religion. It's more guilty of condoning it in the interest of not suppressing anyone.

Do you have a single example that you can document for us?

Not "document" but I went to a UU camp and one of the counselors believed in some shit.

There's nothing in UU to stop someone from being deep into New Age stuff, for instance. The local congregation is mostly humanist though. Most of the ones with 'All Souls' in the name were formerly just Universalist and are more likely to believe in an afterlife.

1st Principle: The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
2nd Principle: Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
3rd Principle: Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
4th Principle: A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
5th Principle: The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
6th Principle: The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
7th Principle: Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

There's a joke: UU is where atheist parents go to have their children educated to become pagans.

There’s another one: Have you heard about the UU terrorists? They go round burning question marks on peoples’ lawns.

I think of agnosticism as unnecessary fence sitting, it's easy enough to know there isn't a God, why not just own the belief/fact that there isn't a God?

You seem like you go back & forth on things, sometimes defending theism, other times atheism.

It may be a simple problem regarding the viscosity of the shit in his skull.
