Unitarian Universalism seems to at least come close to being rational, in a touch-feely way.

It really isn't rational, the people who take UU seriously belive in some crazy shit.

Some people do, but none of that crazy shit is mandated by the religion. It's more guilty of condoning it in the interest of not suppressing anyone.

Not "document" but I went to a UU camp and one of the counselors believed in some shit.

There's nothing in UU to stop someone from being deep into New Age stuff, for instance. The local congregation is mostly humanist though. Most of the ones with 'All Souls' in the name were formerly just Universalist and are more likely to believe in an afterlife.

I think of agnosticism as unnecessary fence sitting, it's easy enough to know there isn't a God, why not just own the belief/fact that there isn't a God?
