LOL - Looked to see if I could find the name of the song and saw that there's a Kid Rock Greatest Hits album...must be the shortest album ever.

FWIW, I buy CDs and rip the tunes to my iPod. Much to my shame, because Apple sucks, but there is no equivalent player like it, AFAICT. If I rip a CD and there are cuts I don't like, they go into the bit bucket. I have enough tuneage that I can listen 8 hours a day (I don't) and not hear a repeat in several months. All hits (that I like) all the time. For those odd songs that I like, I can go to youtube and have a listen.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Yup.
Never saw the appeal.

Though not my favorite genre, I am good with Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and the other storytellers.
I wouldn't go out onto my front yard to listen to Taylor Swift if she were putting on a show out there.

Though like awty mentioned, Johnny Cash, and some others I can handle, like Tennessee Ernie Ford or Marty Robbins. Don't get me started on that yodeling shit, though. That shit drove my dad (and me) nuts. He was a fan of the 3 Bs and all things classical. One of my sons thought that I might like some "modern country". NOPE.
Right. I grew up listening to country music thanks to my dad, some great, some crappy. Loves me some Willie and Waylon, and detest some even from that era too. But this modern country stuff isn't country at all. I could go into the musicality of it, or the gear, or the influences outside of country ... but in my own opinion it's rock retuned for country-minded ears.
I don't listen to Trailer Hitch or stuff like that at all. But I'm picky.

Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve - this is an empty song that thinks it's very deep, but is just some guy ranting.
And pretty much every song by Oasis. They are kind of English rednecks or something.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Glad I'm not the only one who loathes Oasis.

Anything by Tony Bennett. I always thought he was singing as if he was straining to relieve himself of his stool.

Can't Get U Outta My Head is a song that I can't get outta my head whenever I get it in my head ... and I hate it; had to listen to that endlessly on repeat on the radio at a job once, and it was hell. Other than that I love Kylie, at least the old stuff (or at least it's very nostalgic for me, which is tantamount to loving it).

The Twelve Days of Christmas is pretty awful, right? When my daughter was 5, her grandparents gave her this:
Youtube link to "The Twelve Dogs of Christmas" Click only if you have a strong heart and stomach.
The grandparents were thrilled that Claire loved the book and CD, and played it for weeks on end. Such a win for them. Claire apologizes for the obsession each year. It's a new Christmas tradition.
